Supermarket
anti theft device installation steps:
1. Provide a dedicated power socket at the management desk and connect it with a ground wire.
2. There are two solutions for arranging the connecting lines between the
anti theft device in the supermarket:
a. Pre-buried pipelines: Pre-buried 25PVC pipes are used. (Two-core shielded wire for detection door and power supply)
b. Cutting the ground: After the shielding wire is placed in the ground cutting place, ensure that the ground surface and the metal U-shaped groove are on the same level, and ensure that there are no wire leakage or collapse.
3. Arc-shaped metal wire trough: ensure that the wire trough is pasted on the ground, wipe it clean before fixing it, and make the wire trough run in an I-shape with the two anti-theft antennas.
Remarks: At the connection line between the equipment and the host or the power supply, the straight line ensures that the line slot is straight, and the corners should be connected at 45 degrees relative to each other.
Training for staff:
1. Correct pasting and precautions of supermarket anti-theft labels
2. The correct installation and precautions of supermarket anti-theft hard labels
3. Normal use of anti-theft auxiliary equipment in supermarkets (for example: correct use of demagnetizers, common problems, etc.)
4. Precautions for normal use and daily maintenance of the equipment
5. Common faults of equipment and simple troubleshooting
6. The correct processing form after the equipment alarm
Precautions for installing anti-theft doors in supermarkets:
1. In order to ensure the quality of the project, first conduct an interference source survey on the installation site of the supermarket anti-theft device, and accurately identify the installation site of the supermarket anti-theft door. It is necessary to eliminate the fault as soon as possible.
2. Do not install the supermarket anti-theft alarm detector within 0.5 meters from the metal door or within 1 meter of any metal object, so as not to cause false alarms from the supermarket anti-theft system.
3. Strict grounding. Some three-core sockets do not have a grounding terminal, so a dedicated line needs to be pulled from the power distribution cabinet. On the one hand, this conforms to safety standards and avoids accidents; on the other hand, it also reduces the crosstalk of power grid clutter and ensures the normal operation of supermarket anti-theft equipment, so as to achieve the real supermarket anti-theft effect.
